Canadians can now return items bought on Amazon at Staples locations

Date:

Canadians now have the option to return items bought on Amazon at Staples locations. Amazon has enabled Staples’ 298 stores to process returns for them.

To use this service, customers must initiate the return through their Amazon account. Afterwards, they can bring qualifying items to a Staples store where they will be packaged and sent back to Amazon.

Amazon also offers over 4,000 drop-off spots across Canada, including select Purolator, Couche-Tard, and Canada Post locations.

This collaboration follows Ontario’s earlier announcement of opening Service Ontario facilities within Staples stores.
